  • Connect donations don't appear in Salesforce Developer instance

    Hi folks,

    I'm submitting test donations to our developer instance through a Connect page (Using the credit card 4111111111111111). But nothing appears in Salesforce CnP Transactions.

    You just updated the CnP integration and I have verified the connection. I've run a debug log on the site, but see nothing.

    I've also tried the Virtual Terminal through Connect and through the SF UI. I get the confirmation page, but nothing appears in Salesforce.

    What's up?
    1) Do developer instances not work? (Developer instances can only have one site. IN this case, the site is named "signup.")
    2) Do the test credit card numbers no longer work?
    3) Why don't the virtual terminal entries work?

    I've given you access. It's Org Id 00Dd0000000dg1O.

    We just reviewed your instance found that due to the data usage exceeds, getting SF posting error:

    You are using Developer instance and it is limit to 5 MB only.

        The cause of the data overload is the new C&P Country State object, which is 10 MB. Can this be removed? If not, it means that we really can't test CnP in developer instances any more, because they only have 5 MB of data capacity. And it also means that each of your clients who's trying to do this will have the same problems I did.

          You will need to raise the case at Salesforce Support so that they can increase the size limit of your Developer instance.
