I've been noticing something strange happening with our transaction receipts, which I am cc'd on. Someone donated a one-time gift through our Recurring Giving Program Campaign (which should not be possible since only Monthly or Quarterly Donation Periods are available). The receipt then said the following: "This is a recurring payment. Your card will be charged $0.00 every and the next payment reflects on 2/28/2021." 2/28 is the date this person made their donation.
Then this morning I noticed that some of our existing recurring donors were charged for their monthly donation but the transaction receipt did not include any recurring language. I checked receipts from recurring gifts processed yesterday and they all had correct receipt language.
I tried looking at our Receipt Settings and Receipt Builder, but I can't figure out what is happening. Donations are recorded correctly in Salesforce (and in Connect). A final thing I can't explain is the fact that the header on the Receipt we built says: "Thank your for your gift to Playtime", but the emails sent out only say: "Thank you".
Please let me know if you can clarify any of this to me.
