  • Duplicate Charges 2-28-21

    Hello there,

    There seems to have been a number of issues that happened on 2-28-21. I can see in Connect that these people where charged 2x, though only one of the charges were added to our SF - which is fine.

    21389-210228132132286 - Scott Spencer - Recurring donation
    21389-210228130306200 - JS Franklin - Recurring donation
    21389-210228114453220 - Marsha Lawson - Class Payment

    I have an additional glitch in SF, where a number of charges were given the Campaign of Recurring Donation, when they are NOT recurrings. I'll reach out to my SF developer to see if the error was on that side. Those are as follows:


    21389-2102281121223581703 - Class payment
    21389-2102281137306319209 - Class payment
    21389-210228114453220 - Class payment (same as above)
    21389-2102281207005272885 - two donations
    21389-2102281246466491384 - Class Payment
    21389-2102281325008573002 - Donation
    21389-2102281432412683552 - Donation

    I don't know if these are related or not, but the duplicate charges concern me.

        I have one more that I charged manually, and entered the correct campaign, but then it was changed to Recurring Donations - I'm assuming when it hit C&P, as this one did not go through the Web.

            We have completed your upgrade. Make sure you have re-established your connection from within CONNECT, then you may repost any donations directly from CONNECT to correct these issues. We are planning to push the related transactions for the affected customers that have received the revised upgrade (9.2103250011 [Release Date: 3/4/2021]) early next week.

            My apologies for not re-posting these for you, but we are currently trying to update other affected customers as quickly as possible. For updates on the issue, please refer to the announcement link in my previous post.

              Thank you! I've re-established connection to SF, and updated the errors in SF. For us, (I think) it was just the automatic overwrite to Recurring Donation, which I corrected the other day.
