  • not getting the right receipt

    I just made a new campaign, and set up a sms giving for it. "Workout for KEEN." I set the receipt to "Workout," but my test donation got the system default receipt. I haven't had this issue before. Help? Account number 17479. Thanks!

    We reviewed your account and found that the condition you mentioned didn't match. If you notice in the SMS Giving message you have set the condition "Includes: KEEN" but in the SMS Message, you have not mentioned KEEN.
