  • C&P Settlement Issues

    Hi - it looks like C&P settlements are not functioning correctly. They have not been happening daily with none since 1/26. On 1/26, three days deposits came into our bank at once. The second issue is that I cannot access Settlement reports prior to 1/15 in the Connect site - thus can't do our Jan reconciliations.

    I see that the Settlement report for 1/15 shows transactions from 12/29 - 1/15. Could you check with you organization's bank to see if there were any deposits from Click and Pledge between 12/29 and 1/15?
    Obviously, something is amiss, but you may be able to move forward with settling January.

    For this type of case, that involves a potential error with the merchant account or its reports rather than our apps, you may be able to get a faster response by creating a support ticket. This way our "Accounts" team will get involved more directly. The team that monitors the forum is our development team, so excellent for advanced software issues, but the team that reviews issues with Propay is the same team that handles the support tickets.

    I've created a ticket for you, Case# 00411508, and one of our team will be contacting you about what may have happened that would have held up your deposits.
