    Automated Propay migration questions

    I received the email that our org was going to be automatically migrated to ProPay from TSYS on October 28. Our Connect settings still say TransFirst. Will the automatic migration impact recurring donations or existing checkout pages? Is there anything we need to do or our donors need to do? When will the automated migration occur?

    Yes, it does but as far as the recurring transactions, please submit the support ticket here so that our accounts team will review your account for the recurring.

      Ok, this sounds concerning to me. Having to re-establish our recurring donations would be a financial disaster. I submitted a ticket. Please contact me as soon as possible to sort this out.
