  • Declined On-Site Registrations

    We are hosting an event and on-site registrations are beginning to be decline.
    I have whitelisted the i.p address and applied the fraud settings to many of our campaigns, but I don't think that will fix the problem.

    Could you please help?

    I have created a report in CONNECT to help review transactions that are not authorized. They seem to either have legit declined reasons, or were "banned" by the fraud filter. While there are many declines, many of them are the same person getting a decline or ban, but repeating the transaction and getting the same result.

    Our IT Department emailed Nick Jones and your accounts email about unusual activity we were seeing on your account last night. Please speak with these people internally to get an update on what advice they are receiving from us.
