    I have a question about our receipts-- they should be coming from [email protected] but I had two come through from my email address today (based on an old setting). I am not sure why that would be happening-- the order number for one of them is
    and our account number is 19594. Any assistance would be appreciated! Thanks!

    Hi laurenvelardi ,

    This transaction was a payment on a Recurring transaction originally set up back in June. You'll notice it's part of the "Summer Fun Evergreen" Campaign.

    And the Receipt Settings for that campaign were customized:

    If you need to change the Campaign that the recurring donations are being assigned to, modify the latest (most recent) payment detail, and the next payment should come in under that new value.
