Declined transactions receiving email receipts

  • Declined transactions receiving email receipts

    Hi Click and Pledge,

    We have three transactions from October that say declined in the transaction list on the backend of Click & Pledge, but I received email receipts for those transactions as if they went through. Here are the order numbers:

    Can you please confirm whether these transactions went through?

    The above transactions which you are referring to are recurring transactions and it has been declined. May I know what email receipt you are referring to?

      Thank you Click&Pledge! I can see now that the email receipts I have for those donors were from 2019, so it makes sense that the recurring transactions were declined and I don't have email receipts from 2020. Thanks for helping me sort this out. Much appreciated!
