My client has just migrated to ProPay. In CONNECT, on the Settings page, Under Payment Methods, they see “No Payment Methods details available.”
However, on the Fundraising page, under their default campaign, the Payment Methods are set correctly. Is this the expected behavior?
The client's C&P Account is 16101. They are using the Salesforce integration.
