  • Reassigning donations to a Fundraiser

Hello! We've launched our first peer-to-peer fundraising campaign and our first Fundraiser is doing a great job...but she distributed a link to our general donation page instead of her personal Click & Pledge fundraising page. How can I reassign these donations so that they show up under the fundraising stats on her fundraising page? I can flag them in Salesforce as donations from her, but this only works for our internal tracking. I can't figure out how to modify the donation information so that it is tracked correctly in Click & Pledge. Please advise. Thank you!

Glad to hear that your first fundraiser doing great. I would like some clarity before I can answer your question.
    • The general donation page and fundraiser page you are referring to are from different Campaigns?
    • If those are different Campaigns, does that fundraiser assigned to both the Campaigns?
    • When you said the general donation page, is it a Campaign page or Connect Form?
    • Please share both of the page links.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks for the quick reply! Regarding your questions:

      1. Yes, they are two separate campaigns. We have one campaign for donations that come in through our website "Donate" button and a separate campaign for the peer-to-peer fundraising campaign.
      2. The Fundraiser is only assigned to the peer-to-peer fundraising campaign.
      3. The general donation page is a connect form...I think. It's a form that we link to from our website (we haven't been able to get the iFrame to work).
      4. Page links are as follows:

      General Donation Page: https://connect.clickandpledge.com/w...9-1f9e9af97fc5

      Fundraiser's Page: https://connect.clickandpledge.com/O...r/DebiMcKibben

(Note that her stats say she's raised $10, but she's really raised nearly $200.)

We reviewed your form as well as the fundraiser. The only way you can assign the transaction under a particular fundraiser is by going to that particular transaction page and update the fundraiser. This way the amount will be assigned under that fundraiser.

You will need to know which transaction has been done through that fundraiser.
