Missing ACH/E-Check Payment Method in Connect

  • Missing ACH/E-Check Payment Method in Connect

    We appear to be missing the payment method for ACH/E-check in Connect. It does show up in Virtual Terminal on the Salesforce side, but in Connect Settings under Payment Methods (see image) it isn't available to select. Is there a way to add it into Connect? Our account number is 60820.

      Yes, I see that it's been added now. Thanks!

      One other question: since the echeck option was added, I see that there is a radio button on the Payment Method section (in the form) to select Credit Card or eCheck. However, Credit Card is misspelled as CreditCard (with no space). Is that something I can change or does someone on the C&P side have to change it?

        Users don't have the option to edit that part. I have forwarded it to our developers and hopefully, in the next update, it will be addressed.

            Sorry to be using this thread to post my question. It seems I do not have a way to actually start a new post. Perhaps I can get some help with that?

            I just migrated to Propay on August 24 and since then none of our daily donations are getting deposited into our bank account. Where are they going and how do I fix this issue?
