I recently set up a campaign in Connect for our upcoming golf tournament. I have it linked to a specific campaign and campaign ID number in Salesforce. However, when the information crosses over into Salesforce, the campaign information is not there. I can see it linked to the correct campaign in the transaction section of Click & Pledge but was wondering why it doesn't cross over to Salesforce.

Please review the order 61026-2008261015550854000. The data in salesforce has been adjusted to reflect the campaign the gift needs to be attached to put I had to manually attach it. Access has been granted for one week with the end date of 9/3/2020.
Thank you

Good day @lselden
We reviewed and found that the transaction Campaign has been assigned correctly. If you want to assign the transaction campaign as a primary campaign source to the opportunity then you need to set up the mapping under C&P Settings >> Opportunity > Primary Campaign Source. We have set that for you with the condition as "Any or Blank SKU" with "Use Transaction Campaign". We reposted the transaction and the campaign assigned as expected.
Primary Campaign Source of Opportunity: Please review the last page in the Slide https://support.clickandpledge.com/s...---opportunity
Please review it and let us know if you have any questions.

To ensure I am understanding correctly. For each campaign we have in Click & Pledge (general donation and special events), in order for them to link to the campaign automatically in Salesforce, we have to set up the correct campaign ID's for each?
I appreciate the help as we are very new to C&P.

The transaction campaign will get assigned based on what is set in the source of the transaction (i.e general donation page or in Events) but if you want transaction campaign to be opportunity primary campaign source then you need to set up the mapping under opportunity primary campaign source and check the box for "Use Transaction Campaign" otherwise map it by campaign IDs for each as shown below.
