  • Missing Data on ProPay Salesforce Reports

    Hello,

We migrated to ProPay on 8/14 and have received numerous donations since then. Right now, I'm trying to go through the steps to create a monthly ProPay deposit report in Salesforce, as shown in this article: ProPay Migration , but all of the ProPay fields are null for all of our transactions. Please advise on how I can get the data to populate into these fields in Salesforce.

    Thank you.
    Alison

    Hi Allison,

I checked your instance, and see that you do have a report that is displaying ProPay results. Can you share what you determined to be the problem, so that others encountering this may find your solution?

The most likely reason for ProPay fields to be displaying as null in Salesforce- if you are showing settlement data in CONNECT- would be that you are using an old release. But I don't think that was the case here.

I updated your post to reflect a link to the article with the ProPay video, rather than the specific link, so that if that video is replaced with a more current version, the post will not be outdated.
A similar report to the one in the video will be available as a preconfigured report in the upcoming release (current release of Payment as a Service is 9.2004220013)

Please post again if you are still experiencing problems.

I ended up submitting a case with Click & Pledge last week, and our problem had to be resolved by developers.
