  • ProPay Settlement Report

    Hello, I've looked over the fields that are included in the settlement report available in Connect once an organization switches over to ProPay. My understanding is that the Transfirst report includes the C&P Campaign name for each transaction. Is the campaign name or transaction SKU something that can be added to the ProPay settlement report?

      Thank you for the update. Is there a timeline on this? Our accounting department does need either the campaign or the SKU for their work.

          I noticed that report types including C&P Order Number have fields like "Deposit Batch ID", though it's blank for all of our transactions. Will the deposit fields be filled in once we switch to ProPay and will they match the settlement reports?

            Yes, the Deposit Fields are only populated when the transactions processes through ProPay.
