  • Payments not going through

    Help!

    On all my connect forms it says "Sorry, your payment did not go through. Please try again or contact your bank."

    I've tried 3 different credit cards and new campaigns and old. None of them are transacting. Here's some information that might help: Alex Clement | Sacred Heart Church (38341)

    Good day @AlexSH

    We reviewed and found that the transactions you are referring to have timeout by TransFirst. We did a couple of test transactions using your form and it went through.

    Order numbers:
    38341-2008071001495181691
    38341-2008071006490971691

    We highly recommend that you start migrating to Propay as most of our clients has already migrated. The deadline of the migration is the 1st of October.

      Got it. Okay. Will the recurring payments that were set with TSYS be automatically switched to Propay?

        Good day @AlexSH

        They will if they were originated after 1/1/2017 but anything that originated prior to that will need to be updated (if it's a card transaction) or canceled and set up again if it's an eCheck.

        You can find the origination dates on the Quick report on the Dashboard called Recurring Payments- Next 12 months and if you go to Column CG in the Excel spreadsheet and that will tell you the origination date.
