One of the users of connect has been trying to log in, but the code won't send to her email. We have checked junk email and I have update her account on connect and turned it inactive and active.
I have changed it to her personal email to see if she can get in that way and then change the email back to her work once she gets the device accepted. Any idea what is going on?
