  • Connect Code not sending to email

    One of the users of connect has been trying to log in, but the code won't send to her email. We have checked junk email and I have update her account on connect and turned it inactive and active.

    I have changed it to her personal email to see if she can get in that way and then change the email back to her work once she gets the device accepted. Any idea what is going on?

      How do I find the userid?

      We have changed her email to a personal one for now and it works. I also check to make sure it wasn't our email system blocking it by seeing if a code could be sent to my work email and it did send.

        By userid I meant the email address used for login so that we can review the logs. Please share the work email address of the user.

            Good day @bendchristie

            We reviewed and found that your email server had responded that the user did not exist. Our sender then put it on a "do not send" list. We have removed the name from that list. The user can try to use it again.
