Hello,

I am trying to download a customized report. I click the download button on the needed report, and it redirects to the login screen. Logging back in, it is on the Dashboard so I navigate back to reports and click download again. Redirects me to the login screen. I have changed web browsers to see if that helped, and it did not. (I was in Chrome first and then switched to Microsoft edge to try. I was not able to login in an Internet Explorer browser because the reCaptcha would display and kept giving me an error when I would login in that the reCaptcha was invalid.)

I was able to update the report and run query, but not download.

The report I am trying to download is our Bank Rec custom report.
