  • SMS giving Problem

    I am unable to receive the sms giving form when I try to use it. I scan the QR code, and it put the correct message into my phone, but when I hit send, nothing happens. I reinstalled the webhook on Twilio, but that didn't fix it. I made a second form, KGT 2, and that didn't fix it. I updated the SSI and token, but that didn't work either. Please take a look? Thank you!

    We don't see any issues in Connect SMSGiving settings. We would like to review your Twilio account. Please share your Twillio account login details by submitting the support ticket so that we can review it.

    Include the link to this post in the ticket for reference and add 'Attn: Forums' in your case subject line.

    Please let us know when you have submitted the ticket. Do not post the requested information in this forum as this is a public forum.

      PS: We just did a test message using the keyword KGT and received the SMS with the form link. Please see:
