  • Declined card - bank contacted and said no reason for decline

    Hi there, for order #27814-2005051141436951197 (and several orders after that, as they tried several times). Our donor's card was declined with the reason "Do not honor." The donor reported that they contacted their bank, and the bank said there was no reason for it to be declined. Can you offer any further guidance or trouble shooting we can try?

    Please note that the "Do not honor" reason is not from us (Click & Pledge) but from the bank. We have no control over these messages - we simply report what the bank sends us.
