  • Sending wrong receipt when done manually

I have created a receipt for an event and mapped it to the correct C&P campaign, so it gets sent to a registrant for this event automatically. However, when we send this receipt manually it pulls a different receipt and not the event registration receipts. How do I solve this?

Hi! I noticed this recently too and just went to test it out. Ours also defaults to an older receipt - but - if I click the little gray triangle on the lower right in the "Receipt Template' box, I can choose which receipt to manually resend. I just tried it on myself and it worked.

When you send the receipt manually, the Transaction Detail lets you choose which receipt to send. It's not so much that it is the "wrong" receipt as much as it displays the first one on the list.

You just need to select the receipt template you want to send.

TClarke - were you the one asking this question in Live Support? I wanted to apologize for disappearing so suddenly, my computer locked up and rebooted.
