So I wondered where the setting lives that dictates what org name shows up on donors' bank statements, next to the charge of the amount donated?
We've always believed our org shows up as "TLC" on bank statements (and that's what it says on our transaction receipts), but a donor just wrote yesterday to tell us it actually shows up as "Transgender Law Center". Abbreviating it to the acronym version is important for confidentiality for us and our clients, so I do need to fix this as soon as possible.
Can you tell me where on the Connect platform I can specify what the charge should show up as on donors' bank statements? Or is this something C&P support needs to do back-end?
