  • Issue with issuing credit for a transaction

    I ran into an issue with issuing credit for a transaction.
    Order # 50436-2002112226062086295

    It said "There was a problem processing your request."

    I tried both on Connect C&P website as well as in Salesforce platform, and it both showed an error.

    The credit cannot be applied back to the card due to a decline reason from the bank/card provider. This can be due to various reasons such as a lost, stolen, or expired card. The response did not specify the exact reason. In order to issue the credit you would need to issue a manual check.
