    We recently upgraded to NPSP 3.0 as well as converted to the Household Account model and are running into a small issue with some recurring C&P donations. With what seems to be pre-existing C&P recurring donations, the planned monthly donation has been created but is being attached to the contact's previous account (a "1-to-1" account) instead of getting attached to the contact's new account (a Household Account). Should we be updating a setting somewhere so that all future donations that are part of a recurring donation are attached to the Contact's household account?

    Please note that the latest updated settings will not apply for the upcoming recurring installments. However, if you update the account name under the master recurring transaction details page, then it will apply for upcoming installments.

      Thank you. We have a large number of recurrings - I ran a report in Salesforce to identify recurrings with the associated account, but from what I can tell, these are all recurrings (and not just "active") Is there a way to filter out only active recurrings (in Salesforce) in order to update all the existing recurrings instead of fixing one by one? or would I have to run a report in C&P?

        You can run a report on C&P Recurring Transactions and filter it as the Active so that it will pull all active recurring only.

          We have identified about 319 recurrings that would need to be updated and it looks like it is only possible to edit the account on the CP master recurring record. Is there a way to update en masse or would we have to do one by one?

              Sorry, there is NO way to update en masse, you have to update them one by one.
