  • Does Connect's Form Builder Support Custom Fonts?

    Hi there,

    My org is rolling out a new program with a new style guide including a custom (non-standard) font (called "Barlow"). I am making a donation form for the new program, and was asked if I could have the section headers in the Barlow font instead of our usual Open Sans. I couldn't find an option to upload or use custom fonts anywhere in the Connect Portal, and the form builder itself only has the set list from what I can tell.

    I have the font files from our graphic designer. So my question is can I upload these somewhere so I can use them on my Donate Form, or am I stuck with C&P's preset options?

    Thanks for your time!

    We do not currently have a way to upload a custom font for the form builder; however, you do have access to modify the CSS of the form. If you have someone skilled in CSS and host your resources in secure locations, this may give you the flexibility to do what you need.

      Here is the workaround which might help you to get the desired font you want.

      Edit the form and go to General Settings >> click on "View/Edit Form CSS" button and add the below CSS code in the popup as shown in the below image:

      Click image for larger version

Name:	css.jpg
Views:	64
Size:	106.9 KB
ID:	51513

      @import url('https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Barlow&display=swap');

      #headereditor span{
      font-family: 'Barlow', sans-serif !important;
      }

      Your UI developer can add any CSS properties as required.

      Hope that helps. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
