Brazillian Transactions Failing with Fraud Alert

We had a donor in Brazil that wanted to pay our international student application fee through our form. He tried multiple cards, yet they all resulted in decline. We have in the past had this issue with donors in both China and South Korea as well. Are you able to send us a list of countries from which donations will be declined?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Brazil is currently the #1 country in the world in credit card fraud. Our clients are under constant attack from that country and as such we are blocking the entire country. You may easily process that card using the virtual terminal but our forms and public facing assets are all set to block Brazil.

You may want to research credit card in Brazil.. it is an eye opening experience and quite unfortunate. I love the country .. but we have no choice.
