  • Autoresponder not copying [email protected]

    Around 1/20, I stopped receiving copies of the automated emails going out to registrants for registration, membership, and refunds. [email protected] was added as the BCC for these autoresponders. I was away from office at the time and set up a "vacation" email response in my Gmail. I think that may have had something to do with it as maybe C&P thinks that their emails "bounced" and stopped trying to send to my email since my email was trying to send a "vacation" email back to C&P.

    How do I get copied on the email autoresponders again? It looks set up right on the C&P Settings > Autoresponder, so I'm not sure what I need to do.

    [email protected] You have been receiving the auto-responder emails. At least 20 were delivered successfully to your mail server in the last 3 days. However, they use [email protected] in the FROM: field and your DNS information does not include our servers in its SPF record. This, in all likelihood, means the emails are going to your Junk folder or are being proactively deleted by your mail server as "spoof" emails.
    Please review (or have your network administrator review) this document and follow its recommendations to improve the likelihood that the emails make it to your inbox. .
