Reorder dropdown

hello,

is there a way for me to reorder the drop down list on my connect form? Under custom questions I currently have the following as a pick list. I would like to reorder the pick list.
Currently it's:
1. General offerto
2. Building and maintenance fund
3. Donation summer camp
4. New building one heart capital campaign

it's like to change it to:
1. General offertory
2. New building one heart capital campaign
3. Maintenance fund
4. Donation summer camp

As of now, you may reorder the questions but not the answers. You simply need to replace the text of the dropdown menu accordingly to display.
