Receipt email to donors has unexplained spaces

Hi there,

I recently updated our standard autoresponder receipt in the Click & Pledge receipt builder form, and it has caused some strange errors on the emails sent to our donors.

Here's what I'm seeing in the builder:



But in the emails sent to our donors, there is a ton of extra space after the text in each block of the receipt. It looks like:



Can you let me know what setting I'm missing to fix this issue? It looks like the PDF receipt attached to the receipt emails does not have this issue.

We reviewed and fixed the issue. It looks like you have copied and pasted a lot of code in the receipt template. We have removed the extra HTML code you pasted and now it is looking fine.

It is always best (always) to first copy whatever you want to copy in the editor using the notepad. In other words, always copy the text in notepad to remove the hidden HTML then format inside the editor.
