C&P Account 17479. You will see many "fraud" transactions by the same person, using two separate credit cards and two separate email addresses. I whitelisted both email addresses, and had her make another donation, but it was still rejected. Please advise ASAP. Many Thanks.

Good day @Kate
May I know where you have whitelisted the emails? However, we have removed them from the blocked list and she can process the transaction now.

In order to whitelist the emails, you need to create custom profile and I don't see any custom profile in your account. However, I really don't recommend you to go with that. Naturally, once you enable the custom profile you are responsible for all fraud transactions that may happen on that page.
Anytime you process transactions on a form we monitor the form and all its attributes. Same person, persona, etc. (do not want to go to too much detail for security reasons) we block the browser, IP, the entire world of the person that is processing. Nonprofits are victims of credit card fraudsters where stolen cards are verified on their site. I am sure you see the issue.

With the custom profile, you may create a profile that whitelists everything and the IP. Once enabled all transactions will go through without fraud monitoring.
PLEASE use this feature with great caution. If your form is discovered in the open, I assure you with 100% certainty that you will fall victim of credit card validation. We have had that happen to clients that ended up having authorized over $100K in credit cards overnight. PLEASE be careful.
