Hi there! We've set up a new Connect form (cloned from an old form with a few small changes), and it looks like none of the custom questions are coming through at all. We did a few test transactions and filled out these fields, but we are not seeing anything under "Custom Questions & Answers" on the transaction, and also not seeing anything in an export of custom question data from C&P, or on the transaction record in Salesforce. We haven't had this issue with any other form.
We were planning on sending out an email tomorrow morning with a link to these forms, so we would greatly appreciate if you could take a look ASAP.
The Connect campaign we are using is "Year End (Holiday) 2019 Gift of Membership" and order numbers for our tests are:
