Hello, we have having issues with a transaction posting to Salesforce. Here is our account number 60240. And our Salesforce ID: 00D4P000000xAcs. And here is the transaction ID: 60240-1911021400502492009. My assumption is that something is not connected correctly, but everything looks to be running, connected, and active in connect and in Salesforce

It looks like your account was not connected to SF when the above transaction processed on 2nd Nov. However, we have posted it to your Salesforce instance and it is in Temp Contacts. Moving forward if you see transaction not posting, share the order number with us.
