  • SMSgiving not sending response text messages

    Please help... I've followed the instructions from http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...nect-smsgiving to create and Connect a Twilio account, integrated, created forms & messaging. When we text or use the QR code we do not receive any messages as a response. [text: life to:16197624484] Twilio logs show messages are received.

    Also I'm not seeing SMSgiving fields that are reported in Salesforce under Donor Management's (PaaS) Transaction Detail Page.

    We just reviewed your account and found NO issues. We sent SMS and received the form link as expected. Please see:

    Regarding the SMSgiving fields, please note that those fields will appear in salesforce if the transaction processed from the SMSgiving form.

      Hmm... There must be a delay between creating the SMSgiving forms & response and actual implementation. Thank you!!
