  • Expiring Credit Card Reports - why is card expiration date not a column field

I'm having a difficult time creating sustaining donor expiring credit card reports in Connect. Credit Card Expiration is a filter field but you can't add it to the view columns (why not?). I can view the credit card expiration date on each donors transaction view but I just want to create a report that shows all of our recurring / sustaining donors with their credit card expiration date in a column. The system report C & P provides doesn't work and I don't understand why some of those filters are there. Someone please either rebuild this standard report or at least add Card Expiration to one of the columns I can add to a report.

    Thank you,

    Good day @Marger

Sorry, as of now, there is no column for expiration date. However, I have forwarded it to our developers to see the possibilities to include in the future releases.

Thanks for your response. It's just strange that it is a filter but not a column. The data is there, it just needs to be added. It would be really great to be able to be more proactive with our sustaining donors about their cards expiring.
