  • Salesforce error

one of our students thought she'd registered for her classes, but didn't get a receipt. Her husband got a receipt, and messages from the teacher. We have now discovered that her registration did not go through to Salesforce somehow. If I look at the transaction in Connect I see a field called Salesforce and in it the notation "error" - and other registrations show "posted" in that field. I reposted it to Salesforce and it did go through, but we had no way of knowing (unless she had realized she hadn't gotten a thankyou) that she wasn't registered. So I tried to run report in Connect to see if there are any other
Salesforce "errors" but that field isn't available in the reports. I know of one other that this happened for as well.

p.s. I use at 15 inch macbook pro. As many people get away from desktop machines, is it too much to ask that the Connect screens be responsive to different size screens? I'm constantly having to scroll across, and down, to see data.

    permission granted, etc. 00D36000000Hnko

so I posted it to salesforce from Connect and it went in fine, and the error msg went away. There was another one as well, for a different person, and again, I posted to SF. It happens that this same person didn't go thru last year and I found this error msg on her last year's registration 34570-1807160904361634146 - we put her in manually and couldn't figure out then what the problem was. So it still has the error msg.

We just reviewed your account and noticed that your Account is not connected to your Salesforce instance:

Name:	not connected.jpg
Views:	9
Size:	122.0 KB
ID:	48970 .

Please establish the connection so that the data start posting to your instance.

Regarding the above order number, we noticed that the transaction has resulted in a "Lock Row" error. Please establish the connection and try to push the data from Connect.

We suggest you enable the Self-Healing under C&P Settings >> Maintenance, here enable the "Auto re-process C&P Data errors"

Self-healing will try to process those transactions which are ended up with the error: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...ticles/2084057
