    Please note that the behavior you are describing is also what credit card fraudsters use to validate credit cards on your site. You cannot use a donation form to process donations on behalf of your donors.

    We have designed the virtual terminal, both in Salesforce & Connect so you can process cards on behalf of the donor without fraud. We have removed your IP but if you do as you are doing you will get caught again.

    Please login to Connect or Salesforce (if you use Salesforce) and process the transaction through the Virtual Terminal.

    Hello Click & Pledge support. I am trying to process some donations through our Click and Pledge site, and keep getting the error message again: Sorry, your payment did not go through.
    Please Try again or contact your bank.


    I think the fraud scanner is blocking me from entering the donations because I might have entered information incorrectly. Would you please assist with resolving this issue?

    It looks like some incorrect information was entered and our fraud scanner blocked her transactions. We have removed this so she should be able to complete her transaction now.

    Please check and let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
