  • SMS Giving Issue

    Account #17484. Created a form, connected to Twilio successfully in 3rd party integrations, upgraded twilio account and have a QR code that texts the correct word. But the response I get is not the donation form but the message I receive is "Thanks for the message. Configure your number's SMS URL to change this message. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data rates may apply." When I type HELP, it rsponds "Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates may apply."

    We just reviewed your account and found NO issues with SMSgiving. We have successfully received the message which includes the Form URL.
