Can't connect to C&P after submitting donation

Someone just tried to make a donation via a form for C&P Account #18679. They received an error that "We can't connect to the server at pay104.connect.clickandpledge.com"

This may be on the client-side but just wanted to post it in case something is wrong with that server.

The client is curious if this was an isolated incident or if it is possible that other donors were blocked in the same way and whether they should reach out to donors that may have attempted a donation.
