  • Email Receipt to Donor - Advanced issues found

    Hi, The email that accompanies the receipt shows errors "Advanced issues found" with lots of white space between the content
    (the attached receipt pdf to download is perfect, just the email has issues.)

      Here's a picture of the pdf... I switched to using the "grey mobile" receipt when this one didn't work and unfortunately last night I accidentally deleted the previous receipt from the receipt builder (I had used the blue template)

        We have reviewed all the available receipts in your account and unable to replicate it. Do you see the same issue in existing receipt templates? If yes, then please share the receipt template name and order number.
