'Tax Deductible' field not processing correctly

Hi team,

Our "Tax Deductible" field on our online giving form is not registering correctly, both on the email receipt and in the back-end transaction. We started using a Gravity Form to connect to our Click&Pledge platform (see link) when we launched our new website in May...and believe this is when the issue began.

The above transaction you are referring to is processed from Gravity Forms and it is nothing to do with Connect Campaign Settings. The reason you don't see the Tax Deductible because in Gravity Forms we don't support the Tax Deductible.

Thanks for the clarification. Just to clarify, this means there is no way for the receipt to show the donor what portion of their gift is tax-deductible...while using Gravity Forms? If not, is there a future update in the works that would better support Gravity Forms?

We had professional website developers build a custom form (using Gravity Forms, I'm assuming), through which they connected using Click & Pledge API. I apologize if none of this is making sense, as I'm not a website developer - any help in understanding why tax deductibility is not supported would be very helpful.

It seems strange that we could use API but not have full functionality.

As of now, through gravity forms, we don't have an option for Tax Deductible. Of course, we wish to include it but we have some limitations on third-party plugins to workaround. I have forwarded it to our developers to brainstorm and see the possibilities for future releases.
