Declining Transactions

    Transactions will decline due to either the card being expired or the bank has declined them. You can find all the details under the Transaction details page. In this case, we didn't receive the reason from the bank and the only way to know is to the cardholder needs to contact their bank and find out the reason.

    Thanks!! Is there a reference that explains the different scores or a certain score level at which a transaction is declined. I'm sure I should know this or where to find it but it's seems like so long ago sinc eI last looked. Thanks for anything you share.

    First 3 order numbers were blocked by our fraud scanner due to multiple attempts with the same information. You can see "Transaction Status: Fraud" in the Connect Transaction detail page. However, we have removed it from the block list.

    The last 3 order numbers have been declined and to know the reason the cardholder needs to contact their bank and figure out why the card was declined.
