    7/13/19: 11:00 EDT: Virtual Terminal hangs when processing a CC tranasaction

    We use C&P Virtual Terminal to process Credit Card and Cash transactions: As of about 11:00 EDT:

    1. Processing a "Cash" transaction works AOK.

    2. Processing a "Credit Card" transaction hangs.

    "Please Wait" status never clears.

    Note: All C&P interactions while filling out the form are OK. The hang occurs when the "Process Transaction" button is hit.
    This is *only* for CC transactions.

    This outage is costing us $$$ !

    Is there a hotline # to report the outage ?
