eCheck Option

How do I activate Echeck payment option on our donation page? I see this thread is focused on an Event, but we have a donor who would like to set up a recurring monthly donation taken directly from her checking account. Thank you.

We just reviewed and noticed that the above donation page is from Gravity Forms. In order to add the eCheck as a payment method in Gravity forms, you will need to follow the instructions as shown in the following KB article : https://manual.clickandpledge.com/Gr...ditional_Logic

You need to add the eCheck Field as well as the radio button with conditional logic.

Please review the above mentioned KB article and let us know if you have any questions.

We're still working on this issue. After upgrading to the latest version of the plugin, we are receiving this error when trying to put through an eCheck transaction:

Error processing card transaction:
Cardholder information is null

Credit Cards work fine.

Strange! we see NO issues in our test environments. Would you please submit a support ticket at http://help.clickandpledge.com with FTP and admin login details as well as the website URL so we can review your entire configuration. Include the link to this post in the ticket for reference.

Please let us know when you have submitted the ticket. Do not post the requested information in this forum as this is a public forum.

Can you please clarify and let me know what FTP is? And which log-in credentials do you need (our Wordpress website? our C&P? or something else?)?

The File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is a standard network protocol used for the transfer of computer files between a client and server on a computer network. The login credentials for WordPress website admin panel so that we can log in review it.

One of our developers had a glance at your instance and noticed that you have created the fields but NOT given the API Account name which is the reason it is posting it as a custom question. Please note that a single line text post as a custom question. We noticed that you have created the first and last name as single-line text which resulting in the null info. You need to use the Name field in Advanced Tab to post it as Billing information.
