  • Transaction search in Connect

    Hi,

    For some reason I'm not seeing the search field in Connect when I'm in the reports/transactions section. Am I missing something? I used to be able to search by order number, name, etc?

    If not please clear your browser cache and try again. We just updated the platform with a new beta release (for SMSgiving) and updated the search field as well. The cache may be an issue.

    In this update the search can be done either by first name or by last name. The previous search was taking too long to complete with large data sets. Limiting to OR condition makes the search more efficient.

    Let us know if you are having any issues after clearing the cache.

      Got it. Thanks for the quick response. It's working now. I think it's still too long, but it's a bit faster than before...

        Baaahhh!! I don't want to clear my cache.. but I guess I will for that search field to come back.
