The following show as posted with no issues & are in your Salesforce instance.
        • 36816-190416102620259
        • 36816-190416094809959
We see that there is an error due to CPU limit exceeded. We have tried pushing the records but Salesforce CPU limit returns an error.

Please pay close attention to what is added to your instance. A number of triggers, process builder, workflows block our posts before we even take control of the posted data. The following order numbers: 36816-190416102931046 & 36816-190415095652464 does not post due to CPU error. In reviewing your instance, we found that there are a lot of workflows running on these transactions. Salesforce does not let us post the transaction.

I could really use your help. I don't have a clue how to deal with CPU errors in SF. How can I see which workflows are running on CnP transactions? Do you see a specific list of those throwing the error?

I reviewed the workflows that could possibly be triggering the error and deactivated them. But they were in place to update the opportunity with payment information. Can I accomplish this through CnP mapping? See attachment and tell me if I set it up correctly.

I am not sure why you want to map it since there is already have a field "C&P Payment Type" in Opportunity.

Because not every opportunity in our instance comes from C&P. So for reporting sake, I'd rather pull from one "Payment Type" and "Credit Card Type" field.

Ok, since every opportunity does not come from C&P then the mapping within the C&P app doesn't make any sense. You may accomplish the above through workflow to pull the value from Opportunity->C&P Payment type field to your custom fields.

CnP.Support.AM I've eliminated several workflows and I am still having an issue with some of the transactions posting to Salesforce (not all). Can you see why order 36816-1904251323324810919 is not posting?

It was due to the same error "CPU limit exceeded". However, we have manually inserted the above order number.

I appreciate it. Any other suggestions on what I can do to fix this in the future? Do I have access to see which workflows are causing the error?

We don't know but we see that it happens when there is a number of triggers, process builder, workflows block our posts by exceeding the time limit of the CPU.
