  • SKU repeating itself in transactions

    We use SKUs to link our Connect Campaigns to our Salesforce Campaigns. For Connect campaigns that we created recently, payments have not been automatically linking with Salesforce Campaign. I did a little digging and found that the SKUs listed in the transactions were weird. I've attached a screen shot of a transaction in which the SKU should have been "ClimateSummit" but instead it was "ClimateSummitClimateSummitClimateSummit" Any idea what is going on? I've compared working campaigns to this faulty one and I can't find any differences in the campaign details.

      Hi,

      We have 100+ orders that came through the campaign 'Climate Summit 2019-Day Of'. Here is an example: 32430-1904121321297048153. The campaign 'Visitor Center Field Trips' is doing the same thing. Here is an order: 32430-1901142230429894660. You can see that the SKU is repeating itself in the transaction. Thank you for your help in figuring this out.

        We reviewed your account and found that you have assigned the SKU suffix for Custom Questions that is the reason you are getting that SKU.

        When the transaction is processed then the custom question SKU will be added as a suffix to the main SKU.
