  • jQuery issue

I'm having issues adding our donation form to an event website.

Our main website is through wordpress and this code is displaying the donation form with no issues: <div id="CnP_inlineform"></div>
    <script class="CnP_formloader" src="https://resources.connect.clickandpledge.com/Library/iframe-1.0.0.min.js" data-guid="8628257b-ab4e-4ab6-b375-138c485bc37e"></script>

Our event website is through squarespace. I tried using the same code, but it won't show the donation form. It says the latest jQuery library is missing. When I try to follow C&P's inline frame instructions, the link to update the jQuery core version is broken: https://code.jquery.com/author/jquery/

Here is the link to get the jQuery https://code.jquery.com/ you need to download minified version of the latest version.

Please review the following KB article: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...ticles/2783175

It's still not showing up. This is the code I have from my C&P donation form inline frame:

      <script class="CnP_formloader" src="https://resources.connect.clickandpledge.com/Library/iframe-1.0.0.min.js?636906600756034098" data-guid="8628257b-ab4e-4ab6-b375-138c485bc37e"></script>

      <div id="CnP_inlineform"> </div>

Here https://code.jquery.com/jquery/ I found the latest minified version, which I believe is jQuery Core 3.4.0. This is the code for that version:

      <script src="https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.4.0.min.js" integrity="sha256-BJeo0qm959uMBGb65z40ejJYGSgR7REI4+CW1fNKwOg=" crossorigin="anonymous"></script>

How does the final embed data need to be inputted? Nothing I'm trying is working. I don't have a lot of experience with html so I don't find the article to be very helpful.

        Good day @shanklemn

We found that you have already added our embedded form code, but your page is showing a warning that the page is not having JQuery library which is mandatory to let our forms work.

        Solution:

To make it work you need to add JQuery library inside SquareSpace. Please follow the below instructions.

        Login to Squarespace account
        • Select the website in which you are using our donation form.
        • Click on the “Pages” from the left Menu.
        • Under the list of pages, click on the settings icon of the specific page in which our form is embedded.
        • In the right pop-up, Click on the “Advanced” option.
        • Paste the below mentioned script file inside “PAGE HEADER CODE INJECTION” field.
        • Click on Save.
        <script src="https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.4.0.min.js" integrity="sha256-BJeo0qm959uMBGb65z40ejJYGSgR7REI4+CW1fNKwOg="
        crossorigin="anonymous"></script>

Refresh the desired page to reflect the changes.
