We have identified the issue with the fundraiser editor and will be addressed in the next update.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

Any word on this? I see that the developer has been working on this but none of my fundraisers can log into their accounts and we are now 3 days into our pledge drive.

Thank you! I think the log in issue is affecting all of us, so here’s the org page. None of us can log in on a PC. https://connect.clickandpledge.com/O...on/radioboise/

The user who is really stumping us is https://connect.clickandpledge.com/O...r/DanielGlynn/

If you go into the individual account, hoping you can still see that the tab appearance on backend doesn’t match up with what the public profile shows.

Would you please share the fundraiser username so that we can review it? We tested in windows and mac chrome and found no issues as you are describing. However, if you share the fundraiser details, we will login and see what's going on.

As a further update, none of our programmers can log into their Connect Fundraiser on a PC. However, when we use the correct password and username on a Mac, no problem. When I edit a profile on a Mac, it is now accepting my changes but it's dumping half of the text into another new 4th tab that I did not create. The page also looks completely different on a PC even after editing in a Mac. We've never encountered these issues before. I have combed through the campaign and fundraiser settings and don't see anything that would throw this off that much. Any thoughts?

I'm running into some really bizarre issues with the peer to peer platform. None of our fundraisers can edit any of the tabs associated with their profile. I've tried using the paste from features with entirely new text, using the older text that was in there from a previous campaign and just trying to change one word, retyping the full text into the tabs, and creating an entirely new tab and doing the same things in there. The only thing that seems to work is typing "some text here." Also, tabs are disappearing from view when I go to "edit profile" and "edit page." The text we're trying to edit is far below the 10,000 characters. Another issue is that when we access the fundraiser log in on a PC vs. a Mac (both on Chrome), you can edit on a Mac but not on a PC. When is the new peer to peer platform going to launch? This interface is utterly unusable right now. Is there any chance it could be related to when each fundraiser set up their page? We have multiple users who use this for two campaigns a year. I'm usually pretty easy-going when it comes to glitches, but I really don't know where to start on troubleshooting this. Very frustrating to run into stuff like this the week before a pledge drive when this has been a useful tool for us in the past.

It's coming - the next major version of Connect will give you a lot more layout control on your Peer to Peer pages.

I also think this is important! I'd also like a way to place the recent donations feed in the sidebar instead of at the bottom of the page. PLUS I'd like to see a widget to be able to show the feed on the connect form instead of only on the standard fundraising page.

Sure, I will do that but it would be great if you also post it into the New Ideas & Suggestions channel.

Ok, it would be great to add that to the features list. Just a simple source button at the top that reveals the code and text, so we can add text there without the worry of pulling formatting from other places. It would save me a ton of time at least so I don't have to manually type everything out. Would you like for me to add this to the suggestions area, or can you relay the message to the team?

    Good day @jasonleming

Sorry, there is no way to edit the source code but you may customize the text within the sidebar editor.

Sidebar Editing On Give Page Source Code

Good morning, is there a way in the sidebar editing WYSIWYG to edit the source code? I've noticed if I am trying to copy and paste text into the area that it pulls formatting from the other document and doesn't maintain the font, size, etc that we would like to have. Getting access to the source area would help this, but can't seem to find where I would get to that. Is it possible to do?
