  • Temporary contacts created for declined transactions

    Hi Support Team,

    Our C&P settings prevent declined transactions from creating opportunities, but a few declined transactions are sitting in our temporary contacts.

    Is there something missing in our settings to prevent this in the future?

    Good day @laurenzastrow

    The above settings you are referring to is to prevent creating opportunities for declined transactions. Please note that though the transaction Authorized OR Declined data will post to your instance and create a record but based on the above settings it will NOT create an opportunity for declined transactions. You may process the temp contacts or may also have an option to delete it from your instance through Maintenence.
